A Love Of Learning For Kindergarten & Beyond
Bright, welcoming classrooms and friendly, caring teachers make learning fun and exciting. They nourish and nurture your child mentally, physically, and emotionally every day, so they are academically and socially prepared for kindergarten.
A Diverse Curriculum Promotes Lifelong Learning
Children have a hand, quite literally, in their educations. A well-rounded curriculum provides experiential learning to advance your child’s academic skills, creative ideas, and social awareness with age-appropriate, interactive activities.
Some Pre-Kindergarten Competencies Covered Are:
- STEAM Exploration introduces fundamental concepts in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
- SoccerShots is an optional sports program for children to get active and develop a love of fitness.
- Art, music, movement, and dramatic play foster creativity and cooperation.
- Guided pre-reading activities foster early literacy basics while developing a love of and confidence in reading.
Creative Enrichments Stimulate Their Souls
Your child’s self-expression and imagination have room to grow and thrive with daily explorations of art, music, and dance. Such creative enrichment options increase spatial awareness, develop self-control, and boost confidence.
Growing A Community 1 Classroom At A Time
Children thrive in a loving and nurturing environment that encourages kindness, respect, manners, and contribution to the school community. Caring, supportive teachers foster accountability, independence, and an atmosphere where classroom citizens look out for each other.
Clean, Safe, & Secure Spaces Protect The Community
Keeping the school community safe, healthy, and learning is a big undertaking. Staff and administrators work hard, and just some of the measures they follow are:
- Tidy classrooms are easy to clean and sanitize regularly, and children do their part in maintaining inviting spaces conducive to learning.
- Eco-Healthy Child Care® Certification ensures all classrooms are free from environmental toxins that can harm growing young minds.
- Applying security measures across the board means your child can explore safely. All entrances have keypad locks to prevent unauthorized access, and fenced-in playgrounds prevent prying eyes from seeing in.
- All staff members are CPR and First Aid trained and certified, undergo federal and state background checks, and participate in regular fire, disaster, and child-care emergency drills.
Run, Jump, & Soar Toward Kindergarten Readiness
As they grow, children need space to push their boundaries. Dedicated indoor and outdoor play areas are plentiful and designed for children to build physical abilities through liberating movement.
Visitors & Guests Provide Inspiration
Children meet professionals and visitors throughout the year, including firefighters, police, dentists, doctors, gymnasts, pets, and wildlife. These experiences broaden their horizons and enrich their learning. But the most special guests are always parents and family!
NAC Accreditation Is A Stamp Of Approval
NAC’s accreditation program holds schools to a much higher standard than daycare centers. When you see a NAC rating, you know you are looking at the best of the best and making an ideal choice for your child’s early education.
Procare App Keeps You A Part Of Their Day
The Procare app is a fun and easy way of connecting you to your child’s day. View pictures and videos, monitor your kiddo’s progress and even communicate with their teachers quickly and securely.
We teach children to think creatively so they may succeed in a complex and ever-changing world. Young children learn through active exploration in an environment which is rich in materials and opportunities to converse, socialize, work, play, and negotiate with others. Classrooms encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving in a warm atmosphere with affection and respect for each child. Teachers plan lessons based on children’s interests and appropriate educational concepts. Children are actively involved in experiential learning, including foundations of science, technology, engineering, math, creative arts, language arts, music, movement, and dramatic play. In addition to STEAM learning, all interrelated aspects of the child’s growth and development are considered — intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and creative.

We provide daily reports, notes, pictures, and videos through the Procare app. Paper reports are offered to families if needed.
Each day begins with circle time, which includes things lke story time or show and tell. Activity centers, teacher-led lessons, fun activities, nutritious meals and snacks, rest time, and outdoor play take care of the rest of the day.
Children play outside twice a day, weather permitting. Age-appropriate playgrounds as well as expansive natural playscapes provide ample exploration. We will reduce the amount of time spent outside in the event of precipitation or extreme temperatures.
Ratios vary by age. 4’s/5’s are 1:12.
It is natural for children to test limits and rules. Our staff uses positive management strategies including redirection, anticipation/prevention of problems, positive reinforcement, logical consequences, and encouragement rather than competition, comparison, or criticism. Most importantly, we recognize that part of this process is providing children with the tools and support they need to express their feelings and needs in acceptable ways. We abstain from corporal punishment or other humiliating or frightening disciplinary techniques.
When possible, we will work as a team with outside professionals to implement an individualized plan that supports the child’s inclusion and success. It may be determined that we do not have adequate expertise or resources for the child’s educational, medical, or other needs, especially in situations where safety is at risk.
